During the Annual Enrollment Period and Open Enrollment Period, our Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agents help our clients with their Medicare or Marketplace health insurance plans. Results CX will assist you in the acquisition of any other necessary licenses that may be needed for your position as there is a resident state license that is mandatory here. There is no leads list, only qualified live leads transferred!

Our Agents are responsible for bringing in new members and assisting existing members with annual plan reviews as well as educate them about the different cost/plan options that are available for them to best suit their medical needs. This work is more of sales but in a different manner which also has trained incentives for everyone, no commission system in place!

“I had a call with a member who was newly diagnosed with a major medical condition. The member is alone and doesn’t have family close to her; she was overwhelmed with all of the new doctors, medical terms, medicines, and treatments. The member feared what her future held and was concerned she wouldn’t be able to afford upcoming expenses. I assured the member she was in great hands that day, we would take our time and find a solution so she could receive needed treatments at prices she could afford. During the call there were times we giggled together and times we even cried a bit.

I looked up the member’s doctors, medications, checked EoCs for more information and we found a plan that would cover all the correct things and have low copayments. The member thanked me at the end of the call for being thorough, educating her on how insurance works including the basics such as MOOPs and deductibles, and mostly for being kind when she needed someone to care. Made my whole week.”

What should I bring to the interview?

• Education: High school diploma or GED required
• License: Resident Health Insurance License in Hand with CE completed (Both Life and Health License required for some clients)
• Sales Skills: We are looking for people who are ready to sell and close the deal – charismatic and persuasive individuals who excel at building relationships and connecting with others.
• Technical Proficiency: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency
• Availability: Open availability between 7am-12am EST 7 days a week during season
• Pay Expectation: Our seasonal pay rates move to $21/hr on the first day of the selling season and return to base rates after the selling season.
  • Pay rates vary by program fit during selection consideration.

Nothing compares to my home office – Can I work from home?

To work virtual in your home, you will need:

1. A PC or laptop running Windows 10 operating system (NO Mac, Chromebook, Tablet or Smartphone)
2. High Speed Internet – minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps
3. Ability to connect directly to the internet service provider modem with an Ethernet cable, (WIFI is not acceptable)
4. 2 dedicated computer monitors minimum 13 inches or larger
5. A VoIP USB Headset with microphone and a Web Cam for Training
6. Dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions
7. Additional equipment specifications will be tested during the interview process
